Titled and Settled

Welcome to this blog. We'll be using it to share the progress on the build of our house in Saltwater Coast Point Cook. We're building a Newington 40 with Carlisle Homes and can't wait to get in, but there's a fair way to go first.

The first step in the process has been completed now though as the land was titled a couple of weeks ago and we had settlement on Friday. Now it's just a case of getting the plans approved by the design committee, getting permits etc. and starting the build.

Here's a photo of Saltwater Coast from the air. Taken a few weeks ago when I had a Tiger Moth flight over Point Cook for my birthday!

Our block itself is is Stage 7 shown below
